Oven ACE-101
The ACE-101 is a semi-automatic electric convection oven designed to hold 10 GN 1/1 or 20 GN 1/2 trays. It features a digital control panel with preheating options and supports cooking methods including steam, combi, regeneration, heating, and convection up to 300 °C. The unit is equipped with 3 speed and 3 power level burners, a cooling chamber cooling system, an error detection system, and semi-automatic washing capabilities. It requires a 400 V - 3N electrical connection, draws 19.2 kW of power, weighs 144 kg, and measures 898×867×1117 mm.
