Who processes your data

Enquiries are handled by Eco Development Group s. r. o. and ECO DEVELOPMENT DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your email, name, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, your note and the requested products and quantities. We use them only to answer your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted after 7 days. Enquiries and offers are kept for 3 years after the enquiry is closed, then personal data is anonymised.

If you delete your account, any of your unconfirmed enquiries are removed within 7 days as well.

Server access logs, which contain IP addresses, are kept for 14 days and then deleted.

Encrypted backups of the database are kept for up to 35 days and are used only to restore the service after a failure.

Internal records of the emails we send you (for example login links) keep your email address for up to 14 days.

Staff sign-ins to the administration area, including the IP address they were made from, are kept in a security log for 12 months.

Language detection

When you open the site without a language in the address, we use the language you chose before, stored in the ecodev_locale cookie. Otherwise we use Slovak or Turkish when your browser asks for one of them. Otherwise we look up the country of your IP address in a database on our own server: Slovakia → Slovak, Türkiye → Turkish, any other country → English. Neither the IP address nor the country is stored or sent to third parties; only the language shown is remembered in the language cookie. You can switch language at any time.

The country database is GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data by writing to info@ecodev.sk. You can request deletion of your account in the account area or by writing to info@ecodev.sk. Deletion is performed automatically within one day; if you have open enquiries, after they are closed.
