Cooktop and Cooker MF-E705
The MF-E705 is a 70 liter electric potato resting bench constructed from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. It features an integrated bucket with sufficient capacity for 50 mm high Gastronorm GN-1/1 containers and an inclined, perforated double-layer base designed to remove excess frying oil. Temperature is maintained by an infrared lamp located at the rear of the machine, which is controlled by an ON/OFF switch. The unit operates on a 220 V - 1N electrical connection with a power consumption of 1.0 kW and measures 400×730×290 mm.
