Cooktop and Cooker F-G7115 / F-G7215 / F-E7115 / F-E7215
The F-G7115, F-G7215, F-E7115, and F-E7215 are 70 liter fryer benches constructed from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel with integrated buckets. These electric and gas models feature thermostatic control that maintains temperatures between 60 and 200 °C, with gas units offering up to 1.00 kW per liter. The gas variants F-G7115 and F-G7215 operate at 15 kW and 30 kW respectively, while the electric models F-E7115 and F-E7215 require a 400 V - 3N connection and draw 12 kW and 24 kW of power. Dimensions for the single and double units are 400×730×850 mm and 800×730×850 mm.
