Cooktop and Cooker C-I725
The C-I725 is a 70 liter induction cooktop and cooker constructed from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel and featuring a 6 mm thick glass vitro-ceramic surface. It is hermetically sealed to the countertop and begins operating upon detecting a cooking vessel, stopping the heating process when the vessel is removed. This unit operates on a 400 V - 3N electrical connection with a power rating of 10 kW and measures 400×730×290 mm.
