Cooktop and Cooker BM-G905 / BM-G910 / BM-E905 / BM-E910
The BM-G905, BM-G910, BM-E905, and BM-E910 are 90 cm bain-marie countertops constructed from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. These units feature three crossbars for supporting Gastronorm containers and allow water temperature regulation between 30 and 90 °C via a thermostat. The control knobs include a protective support base and a system against water leaks. Available in electric and gas versions, the models have dimensions of either 400×930×290 mm or 800×930×290 mm, with power ratings ranging from 3 kW to 6.5 kW depending on the specific variant.
