Cooktop and Cooker BM-G705 / BM-G710 / BM-E705 / BM-E710
The BM-G705, BM-G710, BM-E705, and BM-E710 are 70 liter bain-marie worktops constructed from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. These units feature three crossbars for supporting Gastronorm containers and allow water temperature regulation between 30 and 90 °C via a thermostat. The controls include knobs with a protective support base and a system designed to prevent water leaks. Available in gas and electric versions, the models offer power ratings ranging from 2 kW to 6.4 kW and dimensions of either 400×730×290 mm or 800×730×290 mm.
