Cooktop and Cooker B-G9101 / B-G9101 I / B-E9101 / B-E9101 I
The B-G9101, B-G9101 I, B-E9101, and B-E9101 I are 90 cm full module electric and gas grills featuring countertops made of 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. These units utilize double-sided iron grates with distinct finishes, including thin ribbed and slanted surfaces for meat and horizontal flat surfaces for fish and vegetables. A steam environment is created by pouring water into the grease collection compartments, which is heated by either gas burners or electric resistors. The gas models operate at 22 kW (LPG), while the electric models run at 15 kW with a 400 V - 3N connection, and all units measure 800×930×850 mm.
