The B-G9051, B-G9051 I, B-E9051, and B-E9051 I are 90 cm half-module electric and gas grills featuring countertops made of 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. These units utilize double-sided iron grates with distinct finishes, including thin grooved ribbed and slanted surfaces for meat, and horizontal flat surfaces for fish and vegetables. A steam environment is created by pouring water into the grease collection compartments, which is heated by the gas burner or electric resistors. The gas models operate at 11 kW (LPG), while the electric models run at 7.5 kW with a 400 V - 3N connection, and all units measure 400×930×850 mm.
