Cooktop and Cooker B-G710 / B-G710 I / B-E710
The B-G710, B-G710 I, and B-E710 are full module electric and gas grills featuring countertops made of 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. These units utilize double-sided iron grills with distinct finishes, including a fine-lined ribbed and slanted surface for meat and a horizontal flat surface for fish and vegetables. Water can be added to the grease collection compartments to create a low-density steam environment during cooking. The gas models B-G710 and B-G710 I operate at 16.2 kW (LPG), while the electric model B-E710 runs at 8.16 kW with a 400 V - 3N connection, and all units measure 800×730×850 mm.
