Cooktop and Cooker B-G705 / B-G705 I / B-E705
The B-G705, B-G705 I, and B-E705 are half-module electric and gas grills featuring countertops made of AISI-304 stainless steel with 2 mm thickness. These units utilize double-sided iron grills with distinct finishes, including thin ribbed and slanted surfaces for meat and horizontal flat surfaces for fish and vegetables. Water can be added to the grease collection compartments to create a low-density steam environment during cooking. The gas models B-G705 and B-G705 I operate at 8.1 kW (LPG), while the electric model B-E705 runs at 4.08 kW with a 400 V - 3N connection, and all units measure 400×730×290 mm.
