Oven ACG-102
The ACG-102 is a gas-powered convection oven featuring a digital control panel, preheating option, and a cooling system with a cooling chamber. It offers semi-automatic washing, an error detection system, and burners with 3 speeds and 3 power levels. The unit supports cooking methods including steam, combi, regeneration, heating, and convection up to 300 °C, with a capacity of 10 GN 2/1 or 20 GN 1/1. It operates on a 220 V - 1N electrical connection with a gas power of 35 kW (LPG), weighs 200 kg, and measures 1130×1063×1117 mm.
